Short Office Description:
The Outcome-Based Training Directorate is responsible for ensuring that all training programs are designed, delivered, and evaluated based on clearly defined learning outcomes. It focuses on aligning curricula, teaching methods, and assessments with occupational standards and industry requirements. The office coordinates the development of competency-based training materials, supports instructor capacity building, and monitors the implementation of training to maintain quality and relevance. It also ensures that students acquire practical skills and knowledge that meet labor market demands. Through continuous evaluation and collaboration with stakeholders, the directorate promotes effective teaching, enhances institutional performance, and contributes to producing competent, innovative, and employable graduates who can actively participate in the nation’s economic development.
