Registration procedure

Registration procedure

  • The registration date is officially announced on the college notice board and website to inform all students in advance. Students are encouraged to regularly check these platforms for updates and important information.
  • Students must check their grade point to ensure they meet the minimum academic requirements set by the college before proceeding with registration.
  • Eligible students are required to carefully complete the official registration form and submit all necessary supporting documents, such as academic transcripts, identification, and any other required materials.
  • The Registrar Office reviews and verifies all submitted documents to confirm their accuracy, authenticity, and completeness.
  • After successful verification, students receive a payment form from the Registrar Office that outlines the required registration and tuition fees.
  • Students must make the required payment within the specified time and receive an official payment receipt as proof of registration. This receipt should be kept for future reference.
  • Finally, the Registrar Office prepares and publishes the final list of registered students for the academic year, confirming their enrollment status.
  • Students are advised to strictly follow all instructions and deadlines to ensure a smooth, timely, and successful registration process.

Withdrawal procedure

  • The withdrawal process begins when a trainee submits a formal withdrawal request to the Registrar Office.
  • The Registrar Officer receives the withdrawal request and checks that all required information and documents are provided.
  • The Registrar Officer then confirms the withdrawal request by reviewing the student’s records and ensuring that the request is valid.
  • The withdrawal request is forwarded for approval by the relevant authorities, including the Registrar Officer, Department Head, and Registrar Head.
  • Once approved, the Registrar Officer finalizes the withdrawal process and prepares the necessary documents.
  • The student is required to complete and sign a clearance form to confirm that all academic and administrative obligations have been settled.
  • Finally, the Registrar Office files and records all withdrawal documents for official reference and updates the student’s status in the system.
